  • Our Guarantee
    We guarantee that your order arrives safely and with all new, original packaging. If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and we can make arrangements. Please notify us of any defect within 14 days of receiving your order, as anything outside this window may no longer be valid for replacement.
  • Legal Disclaimer
    MUSE does not represent or warrant that the content accessible in this site is accurate, complete or current. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of product to anyone for any reason.
  • Privacy
    MUSE guarantees our customer’s privacy will always be respected. All Customer information gathered will be maintained in strict confidence and only used for company business. We will never sell or release any personal information (email, credit card numbers etc.) obtained during business transactions. If you have any further questions regarding your privacy, please feel free to contact us.
  • Custom Sample Packs
    Custom sample packs are shipped via USPS. All sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.
  • Shipping
    We only ship throughout the continental US. However, under special circumstances, we will accommodate international shipping at an additional cost to the client. Should there be any extreme delays in shipment or product fulfillment, we will notify you via email. Standard Shipping Rates
  • Order Confirmation
    Once your order is placed, you'll receive two emails: the first will be your order receipt. Once we ship your order, we'll send you a second email containing your package's tracking number if available.
  • Order Cancelation
    If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email with your order number to info@museexperiences.com Please note, orders are routinely processed within 3 to 5 business days, and must be must be cancelled before shipment takes place. You may incur shipping costs if you cancel after the order is shipped.
  • Returns
    Sample Orders Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns. Product Orders Most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Please email info@museexperiences.com to get return authorization and approval. If an item is returned used or the packaging is damaged, we will not accept return. Once you receive authorization and approval for return, please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package.   • Sales Tax
    MUSE is a NYS/NYC based company and as stipulated by law; sales tax is collectible on all orders shipped within the state. Orders shipped to any destination outside of NYS do not incur sales tax.
  • Payment Options
    We accept: American Express VISA MasterCard Discover PayPal Simply proceed to checkout where you will be given the option to pay with PayPal.
  • Do you retail fragrances for men?
    Yes, all of our fragrances are gender neutral.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, at this time we ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • How do I get my brand at MUSE?
    We’re always looking for new brands to add to the MUSE portfolio. To have your brand considered or submit your products for review, kindly forward your press kit, sell sheet, and any relevant product details to info@museexperience.com. For physical product submissions, please send them to the following address for consideration: MUSE 66 Edgecombe Ave, New York, NY 10030.
  • How long should it take for me to receive my item once I place and order?
    Please expect up to 2-3 business days for order processing, and an additional 1-3 business days for delivery. If you want priority mail, select that choice for an additional cost.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, for orders over $125.00 Please note, once orders have been delivered to the shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We try our hardest to ensure secure delivery but can’t control what happens at any given address. With that, please choose secure delivery method. No refunds or replacements will be offered once item(s) are delivered.
  • Do you offer custom fragrances for individuals?
    No, we don’t; instead, we select the best brands to meet the fragrance preferences for our clients.
  • Do you carry any fragrances that do not have synthetics?
    No, we carry fragrance brands that are made with both naturals and synthetics. However, we are a conscious retailer and most of our brands undergo an extensive testing and safety process. If you’re looking for alternatives, do not hesitate to reach out. We carry brands that are alcohol free, oil based, conscious, vegan and sustainable.
  • How can I visit MUSE

  • Do you currently work with any influencers?
    No, not at this time.
